With numerous monochrome photographs and architectural plans.
This book was created to meet demand for two publications from the "Architects and Builders Journal" in 1911 and 1912. Showing exterior views and plans of houses at Hampstead Garden Suburb and Gidea Park, including domestic interior details. Comprising examples of some of the most skilful domestic architects.
CONDITION
In the original quarter cloth binding. Externally, smart with shelf wear to the edges and spine. A few small marks to the boards. Age-toning to the boards. Marks to the paste-downs and free endpapers. Internally, binding weak. Binding loosening between pages two and three and strained throughout. Pages generally bright and clean with age-toning and a few scattered handling marks throughout.
