We are a full-service HVAC/Rcompany just north of Pittsburgh, PA. Wehave been in business since 1950. We are available M-F 8am-5pm, Eastern to helpserve you. Please contact us with yourquestions and concerns. We have a 1,500square foot showroom; items are also for sale locally and to our servicecustomers. We may end an item beforeauction end because of this.
Terms:
We strive to describe andrepresent each item; we try to point out any defects or blemishes. We are notproduct experts on every item we list; we try to provide as much information aswe can on the item and may include a specification sheet that is that exactmodel or the one closest to it. Pleaseread the descriptions and look at the pictures and determine if this item isthe right one for you.
We aim for 100% satisfaction.We have been in business for many years and selling on eBay gives us a largeraudience. If you have an issue or problem with an item please contact us withyour concerns and we will try to resolve the situation.
Used Equipment:
We stock & sell a largeamount of second-hand equipment. We tryto describe each item accurately, but sometimes small dings/dents/scratches maybe overlooked. Items not in the pictureare not included; please do not assume it comes with the part if it is notshown. Please examine each picture; askfor more if needed. We encourage you toask questions about an item in which you are interested. Factory Specification sheets are sometimesnot available for the model listed and we try to get the closest or newestmodel that closely corresponds. All our items are tested by our certifiedtechnicians.
Products listed as"TESTED & READY" are tested and in working condition. A videolink showing the item during testing may be included if available.
Products listed as "NOTTESTED" or "AS-IS" are not tested and we make no statement thatthey do work. These may be non-workingor parts only units.
We do not test the parts thatare listed for sale.
Freight Shipping:
Freight items will be shippedon a pallet. We do not charge a palletfee. The item will be secured to thepallet and wrapped with plastic and/or wrap.Business to Business shipping is included in the freight listed. RESIDENTIAL or LIFTGATE SERVICE is anadditional fee (this includes running a business out of your home). If alisting is marked “free shipping”, you will still have to pay the additional feesfor residential delivery and/or liftgate service if this applies to yourshipment. Please let us know before paying so we can adjust your invoiceaccordingly. Once all shipping information is confirmed, we will palletize youritem at that time, please allow a minimum of 1 business day to prepare yourshipment. Shipping price listed is tothe 48 Continental United States, others may incur additional fee.
Package Shipping:
USPS/FedEx/UPS shipments willbe processed within 24 hours of the items successful processing of thepayment. Shipping price listed is to the48 Continental United States, others may incur additional fee.
Shipping Damages:
We strive to package each itemproperly, but this isnt always good enough.Damage is regrettably a common concern within the shippingindustry. Please note any damages at thetime of delivery. Mark your shippingticket/slip with any visible damage. Alldamage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to us and the shippingcarrier.
Local Pickup:
Items can be picked uplocally. You may come to our locationand pay for the item in person if you wish.
Taxes:
Sales tax will be collectedfor any sales in PA. If you are taxexempt and your account is not marked through eBay as so, please contact usprior to paying.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted within14 days. The request for a return mustbe made within 24 hours of receiving the item.We only accept returns that have an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping bothways. We will cover shipping only ifthere is an extreme discrepancy in the description of the item (i.e. youreceive an item not pictured or described at all). A restock fee may apply. If you request arefund after payment has been received and before your shipment has been sentout, we will keep the PayPal fee that applies to us as a buyer.
