- Apparel items will be folded compactly and shipped in a bag or compression bag (or in a box, depending on the situation). As a result, there may be fold creases upon arrival. Please note that we do not accept complaints regarding fold creases.
- There is absolutely no possibility that our items are counterfeit, so please rest assured. All of our products are 100% authentic.
- All items are shipped directly from Japan.
- Please feel confident in making your purchase.
- As we also sell on other platforms, the item may become out of stock depending on timing, even if listed as available. In that case, we may cancel the transaction.
- We cannot accept returns unless the item delivered is clearly different from the one shown in the photos or contains an obvious defect on our part.
- If you have any questions, please be sure to ask before purchasing.
Shipping
- All items are shipped with a tracking number. Order with confidence.
- You can always track your delivery status.
- Shipping is only available to the address registered on eBay. To ship to another address, please change it on eBay before ordering.
- Shipping is available Monday through Friday. We cannot ship on weekends or Japanese holidays (including long holiday periods).
- We do not mark items below value or as “gifts” — Japan, U.S., and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- If your address is in a remote area as defined by the shipping company, the buyer must pay the additional shipping cost.
- The shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post) is selected based on the item and our discretion.
About Importers Obligation
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
