Thispiece is absolutely gorgeous... different than many of the other steinbachnutcrackers, this figure is in the shape of a Christmas tree, colored in abeautiful Bright Red and embellished with gold accents on each of the layers ofthe skirt of the piece... his magnificent hat with red and gold jewels isfurther embellished with gold trim... a gold rope belt with bells as tasselsand red velvet cape with white fur trim that enhances the wonderful white hair,beard, mustache and eye brows
Hecarries a white bag with a wonderful red and gold embellished oversized egg ina green wreath... on his left arm, he holds a beautiful little red and goldbird with white tail.. the bird is pegged in to his arm and sits comfortably..simply delightful
Thiswonderful Steinbach nutcracker stands approximately 18.5" tall, and hashis original foil tag as well as markings on the base of the piece identifyinghim as a Steinbach made in Germany ...... he comes from my personal collectionand is in excellent condition...

Heis part of a collection that I am offering for sale. I have approximately 40 pieces and would behappy to part with multiples if you can use them. Eachpiece was purchased new, stored in my home in a temperature controlledroom made for my collections. If thereis something missing or something wrong with my pieces, I will photograph itand let you know. I purchased each ofthese wonderful pieces from a major retailer in Michigan... I have not kept anyof the boxes that my pieces had as this would have necessitated an addition tomy home.
